We had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen Mac Iver, sales, Breck, sales manager, and Jason, finance. What a great experience!! It started with a friendly call from Stephen letting us know he had the ve sales, Breck, sales manager, and Jason, finance. What a great experience!! It started with a friendly call from Stephen letting us know he had the vehicle that we were interested in. We took a look at the different options then dove into the deal. Stephen listened to my wife and I and tried to get the numbers where we needed them. Breck brought out the different options of finance for us to choose. The first time I had ever been to a dealership where they gave more for our trade and less for their vehicle without us asking. When we went into the finance office, EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT! Again, that has never happened. Usually something is screwed up. Jason explained what I was signing and went over the extras really well. I always like to find a local dealer that cares about the customer and we have found it!! We are an hour and four minutes from Hinesville, but it’s well worth the drive. Great job J.C. Lewis!! More

As a repeat customer is was very displeased with my last experience with J C Lewis Hinesville. To start I was looking at a 2022 Explorer. I set up an appointment to sign papers to complete the deal which I experience with J C Lewis Hinesville. To start I was looking at a 2022 Explorer. I set up an appointment to sign papers to complete the deal which I had been working on for 2 weeks and the salesman was not even there. we then set up to do home delivery. The next day finance manager called to set up gap insurance and was informed that the warranty started in December, not on the day I was to purchase it. If the warranty has already started then they were selling me a used car but saying it was new. If this is how they treat their customers let long repeat customers then I will no longer be doing business with them More
