Very shady for how large this dealer ship is. SO many problems its hard to even list them all. First off the transponder key they gave me with the car looks like I got it at a garage sale, lock button mi problems its hard to even list them all. First off the transponder key they gave me with the car looks like I got it at a garage sale, lock button missing. Spare key they included doesn't even work, if you unlock the door it sets off the alarm, if you try to start with the spare the anti-theft system shuts the engine off making it worthless. The car (2005 Dodge Magnum R/T) needed an alignment job when I test drove it. The salesman was nice enough to take the $200 off that the alignment would cost. When my mechanic was doing the alignment however they noticed that the cradle that the front end sits in was removed and put back in crooked, causing the car to go out of alignment very easily. When I approached them about it the salesman got defensive and said that it could have easily been missed. Upon getting a report of all the work they did to it after it was traded in, it showed they did an alignment, no notes about the cradle being out of whack. Which leads me to believe their inspection/alignment process is a joke, or the mechanic they had working on it did this. After bringing it back in to have their "head" mechanic look at it, they assured me that it was fine after he did yet another alignment on the front end(a record for a precious alignment job brings the total to 4 alignments done on the front end in less than 6 months). Other issues would be the fact that there was still dog hair from the previous owner in the rear area after they had cleaned it 3 separate times. The "MP3/CD" player wont play MP3 cds. The tachometer doesn't work. Between my test drive and buying it, a chip appeared in the windshield and a ding above the driver's door handle. I had to ask 3 times for the print out of the work they performed on the vehicle. And finally, because they shop around for financing, I started receiving financing rejection letters. Not something you expect to get after driving the car off the lot. In the end, I am very happy with my car, but very displeased with the customer service after the sale and would not recommend anyone buy from them. I know I certainly won't buy from them again. More
