No hassle no pressure salesperson (Lawrence). He was very accommodating in test driving a couple vehicles and explaining features. Also, he provided a tour of facility. I was very impressed with the JBA Kia dealership and their commitment to transforming the car sales experience. I found that everyone I worked with was committed to providing a professional, informative and helpful experience, and one that was without the normal sales pressure that I’ve experienced when buying a car before. The dealership is also new and quite beautiful. Typically not that important but in this case it was like the cherry on top. Even the gentleman who went over the finances was low-key and very helpful. The technology that he used to go over all aspects of the sales document was impressive. All in all, I was very pleased and I love my KIA Sportage. More
