I live in northern Virginia but after having a horrible experience at a Chantilly dealership I decided to take a chance on JBA. They confirmed the price on the phone, and honored it without any ifs and buts. The car was ready when I reached them. And all paperwork was finished in 2 hours. Kurt very patiently helped me with the electronic setup and Lorenzo did not pressure me one bit for any additional package. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose or reject all of them. I could not be happier with JBA Kia. I recommend them without reservation. Just as a bonus their new facility is spanking new with lots of amenities and well appointed offices. More
