I Had an appointment on a certain date, but when I got there was told that it might take up to 72 hour before someone would get to my car. That was my only complaint. Devon was very accommodating of our needs and got us the exact car that we wanted. He went out of his way to demonstrate all the features of the car and made the transition to a new EV as smooth as possible exact car that we wanted. The whole transaction went as smooth and professional as it gets. Devon and other JBA KIA staff has stayed in touch with me for weeks and made sure we are happy with our new ride. The dealership is new and looks modern and clean inside and outside. We got introduced to the service department staff as well. I'll likely take the car back here for regular maintenance visits as well. The new KIA EVs are really some of the best in the world. We traded in a Tesla Model S for an EV9 and couldn't be happier with our decision. More
