I was in the market for a specific vehicale and JBA happened to have one in stock. I was leary about driving an hour to an auto dealership, having had bad experiences at dealerships in the past that w happened to have one in stock. That said, this turned out to be quite the opposite. I had such a positive experience that I had to come to this site and let everyone know about it. The customer service was fantastic. Sal in particular was just great to deal with. He was down to earth, genuinely cared about what I was looking for, and was willing to work with me on everything. You can't say that about many dealers. The quality was great as well. Everything was completed correctly from the paperwork end and the detailing the car got was fantastic (don't know the guys' names who did it, but thanks!). Everyone that I dealt with at the dealer was incredibly friendly and made sure I was taken care of at every turn. The price was right as well, coming in under Kelly Blue Book. Long story short, I will be back, even though it is an hour from where I live. What a great experience. More

My experience at JBA Infiniti was very positive and resulted in the purchase of a used M35. I called the dealership on a Thursday and was given to Rich Robbins. Rich patiently listened to some of my questions and then to my experiences up to that point. Because he answered my questions (which were somewhat undefined at that time), was very direct, knowledgeable, and the dealership appeared to have some cars that were interesting, I decided the hour drive to JBA Infiniti was worth my time. I went fairly early Saturday morning as advised by Rich, in order to avoid the busiest part of the day. Because of extensive car shopping among many different makes and models previous to calling Rich, my choices had been narrowed down to two different Infinitis, the G35 and the M35. Once there, Rich listened to my analysis of where I was in the purchasing experience without trying to push me in any one direction and added some information about the cars which assisted me in my thinking. He took me on a tour of the lot to examine the current stock of cars and once again, offered information about the cars I was interested in. He also discussed cars in general and was sensitive to some of my uncertainty. In fact, he let me wander off on tangents and even other cars than what I had talked about as he sensed, I believe, my need to explore every possibility. At his suggestion which I assume was based on what he was hearing from me, he had me take 2 or 3 test drives. The M35 he suggested suited not only the direction I wanted to go in, but the price range also. There was a sale that was unknown to me on a car that was similar to the car I was most interested in and because of that, we ended up test driving the very car that would be purchased later. After the test drives, Rich helped me refine my thoughts about the choices, but again only asking pertinent questions that did not push me in one direction or the other. I called my wife to query her about what I thought she would object to regarding the car I had chosen. Rich left the desk and while on the phone with my wife who had reservations, apparently told the manager, Richard Holday, what my situation was and showed me a figure that was very desirable for me. I told him that we would buy the car if my wife didn't object based on her one major reservation. He arranged for me to take the car home for my wife's approval, even though I lived an hour away. She liked it. My wife and I came back and bought the car. During an interval of time when arrangements were being made earlier, I had conversed with Salvatore Pasta, another salesman. He was congenial and easy to talk with as were the other staff at the front desk and elsewhere. I was supplied with things to drink and every effort was made to make my visit there amenable. This all happened in one day, but yet, I did not feel rushed or pushed to do anything that I did not want to do. Ricky, the financial person, was very efficient and answered all of my questions. These gentlemen, especially Rich, were providing a service that made the sale for me instead of being how sales people can be at times that negatively impact on a purchase. Because the car had a few things to be repaired, the car was brought back a several days later and a loaner was provided. Shannon, the service representative, was very supportive and did a wonderful job in taking care of some things that were unplanned for. The car had to be left for finishing the next day, but Shannon had a fellow representative drive the car to a mutually agreeable place fairly near my home to avoid the long drive back to the dealership. J.R., who delivered the car to me, was helpful with a question that I had and had the same demeanor as the other kind people at JBA. I love the car and had a great experience there! Beca More

On march 19 i purchased a EX35 from JBA and sales represenitive Rich Robbins, i originally was looking to purchase a G35, working with rich with no pressure myself and my wife found the quality small represenitive Rich Robbins, i originally was looking to purchase a G35, working with rich with no pressure myself and my wife found the quality small suv we always wanted, the service was outstanding again there was no pressure they gave us the monthly payments we wanted with no problem, i HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a used or new infiniti go to JBA auto, this is the third vehicle i have purchased from them my very first was a 04 g35 then i traded that in for an 08 G37, and again with my purchases there was no pressure, i then went back 2 weeks later after i got the EX35 and purchased the G35 i was looking for, again i got a great price and the monthly payments i was looking for with no hassle, again Rich Robbins was fantastic and as well if you call him he will return your phone call and work with you. Also the finance center was excellent in getting the monthly payments i wanted again i HIGHLY RECOMMEND JBA auto, as i know i will continue to do my business with them, also i traveled well over 30 miles from germantown to ellicott city for these vehicles as of now i have purchased 4 vehicles and will do again in the near future. I am not big on high pressure sales people. Matt was easy to work with. he is a relativelyt new sales person and on questions that I had that he did not have answers for he was quick to fin out the ans easy to work with. he is a relativelyt new sales person and on questions that I had that he did not have answers for he was quick to fin out the answer and get back to us. My schedule is pretty tight and Matt was great at getting back to me qucikly. I previously purchased a G35 from JBA and JR in the service department has been great. He is probably the main reason I went back to JBA. He always gets my car serviced quickly and since I travel extensively he has always worked with me on the timing. More
Today I purchsed a G37X and the experience was great. Rich was friendly, informative and accomodating. We discussed a lease, took a test drive and he explained all the details in full. My wife and I were negotiating on the purchase of a QX56 on 2/19/2011. While spending a few hours waiting on the salesman and sales manager going back and forth, we were told they are selling the model we w on 2/19/2011. My wife and I were completely taken back with the lack of integrity this dealership had shown. The mere fact that the sales manager did not even respect us enough to come over and discuss their motive completely shows the lack of character I expect when purchasing a $70,000 vehicle from a dealership. It was a pleasure working with Rich – the entire process was absolutely great! We agreed on a mutually acceptable lease-price with no time consuming nonsense and unnecessary sales tricks. We were looking to lease an FX 35 AWD for about a month, but Rich offered us the best price - we simply could not refuse it. Rich was both respectful and patient. As a matter of fact, the purchase part of the process took about 30min, from the moment we walked into the showroom. Afterward, Rich took almost an hour to make sure that my wife understood every button in the car. The dealership closed at 9, but Rich stayed with us until 11pm to meticulously explain the details of the deal and all the features of the car. I highly recommend JBA Infiniti and Rich Robbins in particular to anyone who wants to be pleasantly surprised while shopping for a new car. By the way, did I mention that Infiniti FX 35 rocks:-)? More
