I initially intended to purchase one vehicle but ended up purchasing two based on the superior level of customer service provided to me. The high level of service did not stop when I left the lot with my veh purchasing two based on the superior level of customer service provided to me. He personally delivered the tags for one of my vehicles to my home because the temp tags were about to expire. I appreciate Norma's overall decorum and patience with demonstrating the features of the car, as well her courteous manner in following up with me after the sale. Ricky's professionalism and business savvy with executing the sale are definitely worth mentioning. I would also like to express my gratitude to those who stepped in to assist when Norma or Ricky were temporarily unavailable. (Teamwork at its best.) I value that the process was not arduous and I did not have to spend unnecessary time at the dealer. The follow-up from the JBA Infiniti team after the sale will go a long way. More

The salesperson was excellent in all factors. I did have a feeling of being belittled by one of the persons on the front desk. Later, that week when I returned the same rude person made a comment that I could not hear but see him turn to another person on the desk and that person smirked along with the subject of this paragraph. Upon entering I sat in the customer section and waited for Mr. Carr. I will not return as the car was for my wife not me. I have two so I am fine. More
I had researched the car and lease price I was looking for very well and was told that the dealership can match what any other dealership can. After being told later on that the lowest price cannot be mat for very well and was told that the dealership can match what any other dealership can. After being told later on that the lowest price cannot be matched, I was given price and term options. When I agreed and came in to purchase the car the price seemed higher and I was told that this car had a price increase.I also chose a 39 month lease vs. an 18 month lease which was on promotion, because I was told the 39 month lease was less. Five days after my purchase I was told by the dealership that I was previously inquiring that they can give me the same care for significantly less. Additionally, the lease term for an 18 month lease was much less than that of a 39 month - the opposite of what you told me. When I inquired about trying to make some type of accomodation to recognize the other dealerships price, the response was full of excuses that the price increase of the car I got was not realized at the time of sale. That was not true as I explained above. In addition, when attempting to make a gesture of courtesy, I was offered free maintenance service, which was of no value to me. I felt that this was a way to just get around the situation and not being straightforward. In addition, the dealership purchased my car. Firstly, I was offered $200 over the Carmax appraisal by the other Infiniti dealership. I assumed taht this dealership would do the same, however when I asked I was told that the only the actual Carmax appraisal amount would be given. I was told that it would take approximately 7-10 days to receive my check. This transaction was not a trade-in, and I gave a clear title at the time of sale. This should have been no different than the sale of any vehicle anywhere in which case you should have made payment at the time you took my car. I then did not receive my check for 20 days, only after I had to call to inquire what had happened to it. More
