JBA Serviec Rocks I've owned 4 Infiniti's over the past 20 years and JBA has serviced them all. What differentiates them for me is the fact that so many of their staff have been there for years. If they were not being treated well I doubt they would have stuck around. Happy employees deliver better service. That enabled us to develop customer relationships. It refreshing to enjoy the level of customer service people like Ann, Kenny, J.R. and Edward have delivered through the years. Most of the time, my service appointments have been handled by Byron Smith, better known as "JR", who has proven to be one of the best service people I have ever encountered. He seems to genuinely care about you and your car and he almost makes getting your car serviced a pleasure. The facilities at JBA are always clean and the waiting area, is brightly lit and always has edibles of some sort to snack upon. Kudos to JBA and JR. More
Happy with G 37 AWD Sedan 2012 one year later I waited almost a year to write this review, I wanted to see how this preowned car with 29,000 miles and one year old performed a year later. So far no problems, it's been a good car, a little high on gas, getting 23-24 mpg highway. Rides nice, acceleration kicks in like lightening around 30 mph. My 2002 BMW 330 had faster initial acceleration and a smother transmission, but it was ridiculously expensive to maintain and became very unreliable. So after test driving the Lexus G 350 AWD and the Acura TL 6 speed sports sedan, I am very happy with this car. It is as close as you can get to the ride and feel of a BMW. More
Went to purchase 2 cars that have been sitting on the lot for over 100 days a piece. Ricky would not budge on the price of the car no matter what and insisted that my car i was trading in was worth 15000 whe for over 100 days a piece. Ricky would not budge on the price of the car no matter what and insisted that my car i was trading in was worth 15000 when the exact same car is currently sitting on their lot for 25000. Now i know they are a dealership so they are trying to make money too but trying to make 10,000 off a customer then nickel and dime for a car that has been on the lot for so long. all the while being rude and making A$$ H01e remarks every few minutes is not how one does business. I can not believe he is still working there. When he is sitting at his desk he was just sitting watching youtube videos and watching movies and music on his phone. More

From the time you walk in the door they make you feel very welcome, whether you are buying or just browsing. Tyrone Carr, my sales expert, took the time to take me on 3 tests drives until I was satisfied with the vehicle I was considering buying. My last purchase was a 2012 FX-35 Limited Edition. Throughout the transaction there was no pressure sale and was given plenty of time to make my own decision. JBA strives on delivering not only quality vehicles but top-notched customer service. They take time with you explaining all the services they have to offer from their sales department to their service department reassuring no matter whatever issue arise, they are there to give you total satisfaction with your new purchase. My service expert, Byron Smith, take time to make sure my vehicle is always up on its scheduled maintenance and is always on top of any questions or problems I may have. And I have to give recognition to their carwash team, Justin, who takes much pride is detailing my vehicle every time I bring it in for service or in for "just a car wash".
