I apologize that you had a poor experience and I do understand. I can't change that now. We asked you to bring this vehicle in so we may handle this situation ourselves, You refused! It would be irresponsible to do anything other than fix the vehicle on premise , or at least have the opportunity to look at it. It is our reputation! All our vehicles are Maryland inspected. This is not a "selling point" it is a requirement. We would need to see what was wrong and what we missed, if anything. You stated that you noticed this from the beginning, I wish you had informed us immediately. This situation, although very rare, could have been handled better. I can tell you, if Harley had remained the person you were dealing with this would have been handled in a more professional manor, however I have learned that a FORMER employee was responding inappropriately to you. I hope to be able to speak with you in the near future.
