That is what keeps me coming back, JR's honesty and integrity. Infiniti is a luxury car that has the maintenance costs to accompany it. There are other places which can service my vehicle for a fraction of the cost; however, the mechanics know their Infiniti product and my 2010 FX 35 is still running smoothly, which keeps me coming back to the dealership, instead of setting for a lower priced service elsewhere. More

Happy with purchase, a little frustrating though When test driving it was noticed the window wouldn't return back up as a bracket was broken. They agreed to fix and deliver next day to us in Virgini When test driving it was noticed the window wouldn't return back up as a bracket was broken. They agreed to fix and deliver next day to us in Virginia, although they seemed a little hesitant at first to want to deliver which we thought was a completely reasonable request to do this considering the circumstances. Anyway, no issues at this point. The problem was that no one was letting us know what was going on. Car didn't arrive the next day as they had to order a part. Fine, but we need to know this. After we were told it would be delivered Friday, I had to call again to get an estimated time. They said they would have it here by early afternoon. Around 4:00 I had to call again, now told it is too late to send a driver and car will be there by 12:00 Saturday. At 12:30, no car...and still no phone calls to me telling me anything. Once again I call and am told the driver left 4 hours earlier. Well, the car eventually arrived within another couple hours. We are happy with the car but what a stressful time trying to get it as the dealer had already cashed our check and no one was keeping us informed. More
