Heather Wingerd is the greatest. Heather Wingerd welcomed me back to JBA. She reviewed the reason for my visit and explained what the technicians would be doing to diagnose and make Heather Wingerd welcomed me back to JBA. An estimated cost for each procedure was given as well as an estimated time for its completion. The cost came in under the estimate, which is always welcomed news. Great service I normally do not bother writing reviews but when a company like JBA provides you with a excellent service you owed to the company a tell them to plea I normally do not bother writing reviews but when a company like JBA provides you with a excellent service you owed to the company a tell them to please keep up awesome job. When I went to make the appointment for a tire rotation on my new Bolt, Mr. John J. Knoerlein was quick to help me and provide me with warrantee information and made the appointment. As we all know is not at time the work they performed but how is performed, JBA did not disappoint me, and the day of service I again got Mr. Knoerlein to help me. I was expecting a long delay and to my surprised my car was finish before I was able to go thru my email. The waiting area was so clean and they provided some light snack and YEAH coffee. I will be a JBA customer for life. More

Was my service writer, but when my car was done, another service writer checked me out and didn’t know about the voucher and I forgot to check. When I got home, I realized the mistake, but before I could call, Ben called me to apologize and got me set up with a credit to my card. Service is excellent Brought truck to service center for computer diagnostic, truck gas mileage fell off. Was told I had severally rotted brake lines and fuel lines.
