My Tahoe was diagnosed with a failed camshaft and lifters. After diagnosis they pushed it outside and damaged my hitch cover. During this time I found a small dent on the front ls fender and a large lifters. After diagnosis they pushed it outside and damaged my hitch cover. During this time I found a small dent on the front ls fender and a large dent on the rs fender. I also had to return the same day I picked it up because of a noise. I would also suggest they should stock more parts. I had to wait about three weeks for parts so it sat idle in the lot for that period of time. While it was in the lot I needed something from the truck. When I opened the rear hatch I found they had put engine parts inside. Didn’t really appreciate the smell of oil and gas in my truck. I talked to the Service Director about the situation and he gave me some compensation and corrected all the damage. The service rep that that assigns a maintenance rep to your required work was very disgruntled and general portrayed someone who didn't want to be there. Mildly confrontational. The work done was done in a timely manner but while conducting the recall they somehow knocked or caused the pressure modulator for the passenger side loose. While driving the next day I kept hearing a rattle. After noticing a plastic square item loose between the cab and bed of the truck, I took it back in the following day. The rep that was disgruntled the day prior seemed just as disgruntled. He called the mechanic who did the work and sat there going back and forth as to whether it was feasible that this happened. The mechanic who was even more confrontational said maybe by coincidence it popped out. This is a brand new truck. At 5000 miles which apparently things just magically fall apart on. Never mind the fact that they were literally working on a recall for the ac/dc modulator which happened to be in the same vicinity. I then have the maintenance supervisor ask me if I took the truck apart to see what they did the prior day. To say I was taken back by this statement is an understatement. The truck is warranted and I have no reason or want to take my truck apart. This individual, after I showed him where the issue was, stated he understood and they would fix the issue. They did but my problem is this. All 3 individuals I dealt with made it seem as though I somehow messed my truck up. Had I have been an elderly or passive individual I might have not got my truck fixed as they refused to own up to their mistake. They should have been apologetic and jumping to make it right. Instead I get attitude and temperament over something that took 10 minutes to fix. Over something that clearly happened while they were working in that area. But mysteriously over night I somehow figured out how to get between the bed and truck and pop this loose. Come on now. I'm so disappointed and will never take my truck or any of my vehicles to this dealer again. Josh More
