Charged for diagnostic after asking for the brakes to be fixed. The back brakes were fixed but front brakes were ignored. Get the car back the front brakes are making noise and smells. We were told it wasn't an issue when fixed the vehicle, because of this we will no longer use your services. More
Ive always have no problem with the Service Department,I have used Gerry in the service center to have my problems delt with in a professional manner..He explains anything to me in a professional manner,the have used Gerry in the service center to have my problems delt with in a professional manner..He explains anything to me in a professional manner,then I have a loaner vehicle set up for me to not have issues if my vehicle needs to stay for a part to be ordered. My vehicle had no issues prior to getting my oil changed. After bringing my vehicle in for service, I now have issues with the turn signals, my front passenger wheel well and my settings have been altered. When I arrived for my service, I was told this was my last service that I had paid for. As far as I know, this was not my last service, as I had prepaid for changes of 100,000 miles. I let the person know that I thought I had more services. The service felt rushed this service, and no inspection of the vehicle seems to have been performed. I was sent email that, since I was unhappy with the service, to contact one of the managers. I have left multiple messages and have not received a call back yet. When my service was complete, I was called up a different person, the first one would not even acknowledge me. I was asked to sign for the work that was done, handed the paperwork, and was told that was all. When I got home, I noticed the rear windshield wiper was damaged. It was not damaged the day before when I looked at it. As this is either the third or fourth review I’ve done, with no reply from the dealership, this does give a bad experience of the dealership. More
