Service is excellent Brought truck to service center for computer diagnostic, truck gas mileage fell off. Was told I had severally rotted brake lines and fuel lines. Just the Basics I’ve been there twice to service my 2018 Suburban. the first time I didn’t have an appointment and but still decided to wait. The second time I made an appointment. While the drop off line was pretty well packed, along with the waiting area, my guess is they were mostly walk in customers. Window and blinker problem I had my cheve in for repairs to both windows and a blinker problem with a rattle noise in the column. Driver window works great goes up and down li I had my cheve in for repairs to both windows and a blinker problem with a rattle noise in the column. Driver window works great goes up and down like it should. But the passenger window doesn’t go down but two inches then the window crank just goes around doing nothing. Lucky through it will close. And the stering column still rattled. But your staff is very nice and informative. I liked John very much. Very informative and friendly. More
