JBA has addressed any issue we have had with our Tahoe, which have been very few, with professionalism and competency. They do not try to sweep things under the rug but are very honest in their assessment. which have been very few, with professionalism and competency. While we didn't purchase our Tahoe from this dealership as they did not have the Tahoe we wanted, we will return to their great service department for years to come. All of the service representatives have been attentive, most recently Brittany.
