Unfortunately, I have to give three stars. This is the third vehicle I purchased from JBA Chevrolet. I had a great buying experience with my last two vehicles (most recent since this current This is the third vehicle I purchased from JBA Chevrolet. I had a great buying experience with my last two vehicles (most recent since this current purchase was 2022). The latest experience was not great. I walked in with the vehicle chosen, discount codes, pre-qualified finance, and print out of vehicle specs and price. After the test-drive I was told there was a non-advertised, COVID market adjustment of $2000 additional. I checked with another dealer while on the lot and was told that other dealer stopped adding that fee over a year ago. I spent another hour and a half negotiating the removal of the market adjustment. When I stood up to walk out, then the fee was removed. After wasting an hour and a half in sales, the finance guy wanted to waste more time pressuring me to buy service plans and take different financing. I finally told him to stop wasting my time and process my pre-approved check. This was NOT the experience I expected and I felt unvalued as a multiple, repeat customer. This experience makes me question my future vehicle purchases here. I wish Marty Stump (my 2022 salesperson) was available when I purchased, but he must have been off. More
