I bought a brand new equinox. I felt the salesman didn’t know much about the car. Me & my husband had to google the car to find anything on the car and how to use anything. When they brought the car back to me after getting it ready, there was a scratch on the bumper. I pointed it out to the salesman and he salesman said oh I didn’t do that. That’s not my fault. He took it to the shop, he then came back 5 minutes later and said there was nothing that could be done. He then said again it wasn’t his fault. The car didn’t look like a new car. There was dust all over the dashboard. The infotainment screen was full of fingerprints. I ask about cleaning it and he just took a dirty rag and wiped it down. The windows looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag (this was noticed when we were leaving the dealership). I spent a lot of money and expected to drive off the lot with a car that looked like I just bought it, not one that I’ve had for weeks. It was just not a great service. I was disappointed. More
