They fixed my vehicle that needed front and back end repa The guys at the JBA Collision Center on Langley road in Glen Burnie, MD 21061 were great. They fixed my vehicle that needed front and back end repairs as I had been involved in a fender bender on the Interstate @ the end of July 2024. The back end needed a lot of repairs!!!! When I picked it up at the Collision Center, it looked like a race care w/ the back fender in black as they hadn't painted that fender per my request. I had the front end fixed in 2021 and requested that the front end not be painted. So, with both fenders in black, that's why I thought it was a race car, and wasn't really my car that had been in the fender bander. Thank you very much!!!! More

My whole experience was great: the initial telephone contact was efficient, and coordination with a live salesman was easy, with the car ready to be shown when I arrived. The "document signing platform" was a hoot, it was worth the price of admission! When I needed help with the charger, Dennis was terrific. Randy got me the missing owner's manual within days, delivered right to my door. The new facility is gorgeous, and the location is very easy to get to. Right up there with one of my best car experiences in my 50+ years of car buying! More
