Service department is terrible. No communication at all until I had to ask, 4 hours waiting. Then brings the wrong car, only to tell me 30 minutes more. We are extremely disappointed in J. Allen Toyota Service Department. We have been informing them of a problem with our 2017 Toyota Highlander for four years. We found out today, they have not recording our complaints (with the exception of once in 2019 -25K miles ago). They charged us $1200 to fix the same problem we have informed on several occasion. Had an appointment for service. Took the day off work. I waited an hour and a half for diagnosis, nothing! No updates ! Nothing! I had to complain to get an update! Very very very disappointed in today’s service on my daughters 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe! They charged us $123 and some change for an oil change and tire rotation. When we did this same service at Allen Hyu daughters 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe! They charged us $123 and some change for an oil change and tire rotation. When we did this same service at Allen Hyundai, it was $63.55. There is NO way it should be double at another dealer. Highly do not recommend and we will NOT EVER take our daughter Hyundai Santa Fe back there!! Complete rip-off!!! If there was an option for a 0 rating, that is exactly what they would get. When I called them, they had not one reason for the $60 more. Total rip-off!! Can not believe they conduct business this way! More
