We waited four hours before we decided to just go home, and were told that they would call us later in the afternoon with the estimate. No call. Friday: contacted them about the estimate. I was told they were still waiting on parts (since when do you need to order parts to give an estimate?) and that they'd call us in the afternoon with an estimate. No call. Saturday: no call Sunday: closed Monday: I call again about the estimate. They say they're still waiting on parts and that they'll call us back that afternoon. No call. Tuesday: no call Wednesday: I call about the estimate. They FINALLY give it to us, five days after they said they would. Tell us that our car may be done Friday or Saturday. Thursday: waiting Friday: I call about the status of the car. They tell me they're just waiting on one more part to come in - a control arm. They tell me the car will be done on Monday. Saturday: I call again to check on the car because I realize that they're incapable of staying on top of things themselves, so I have to stay on top it for them. Am told once again that they have everything, they're just waiting on the control arm. They tell me the car will be done on Tuesday, but maybe Monday. Sunday: closed Monday (which happens to be today): I call in the morning to ask about the car. They tell me they're working on it now and that the control arm will be in later today. I called again in the afternoon, and I'm told that they got the control arm in, and now they're just waiting on a rear hub. Even though they already told me multiple times that they had all the parts except the control arm. So I guess we'll see if this car EVER gets fixed, because they make excuses every time they're asked a question. More
Bough a 2011 certified Sienna,I told the salesman two days after we took the van home that the air bag on light was not working properly. It took them several weeks to finally look at it. The first time days after we took the van home that the air bag on light was not working properly. It took them several weeks to finally look at it. The first time I brought it in they could not tell what was wrong. After two more weeks they called me back in and after two hours of waiting, they found there was nothing wrong, just the way we were hooking the seat belt, and charger me $80.00. They said that was not covered because we were using a seat belt extension. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle and I went to Allen Toyota. I was promptly greeted by Cedric. He is very professional as well as knowledgable about the Toyota product. I thought that this was going to Toyota. I was promptly greeted by Cedric. He is very professional as well as knowledgable about the Toyota product. I thought that this was going to be a long and agonizing process, instead, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I would strongly recommend Cedric and Allen Toyota when purchasing your next vehicle. More

They did give decent customer service, and they were nice people. My overall experience was bad because to put it bluntly, I feel like I got screwed on my purchase. I admit that I am inexperienced with nego people. My overall experience was bad because to put it bluntly, I feel like I got screwed on my purchase. I admit that I am inexperienced with negotiating with dealerships, but they took such great advantage of me, I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Not only that, but I will also tell everyone interested in buying a car to not go there. When all the paperwork was finished, I was given $3000 for a trade in and I got stuck with a 7.10% APR for 7 years. To make things worse, I found out from someone after I got the vehicle that the Warren was bragging to his buddies about how much he screwed me over with the vehicle I purchased. I found out later that the trade in was valued at over $6000. Less than 24 hrs later I asked them to take the vehicle back and let me have my car back, they claimed to have already sold it whole sale and that it was already gone. I then asked them to give me the $3000 back from the trade in, but they refused because there was no 3 day window for buyers remorse. More
We were in a big fuss to replace our '99 Honda Civic. As we discussed the sort of features we wanted in a new vehicle a Toyota Tacoma TRD came into the picture. we're outdoorsy people & we needed something we discussed the sort of features we wanted in a new vehicle a Toyota Tacoma TRD came into the picture. we're outdoorsy people & we needed something that could survive Mississippi falls. We are from the midwest so this weather is perfect. We were greeted by a very busy person. He was busy on his cellphone & acknowledged us with a quick wave as we hunted down the TRD we found online. He gave us a quick overview of a not very impressive '05 Tacoma. We were shoved into deal after deal as we repeatedly tried to inform the man we were not interested in buying until given a moment to talk it over. Once we finally got our point across we were told how much of the representative's time we had wasted. Needless to say that after we made that discovery we started to reconsider our almost purchase. We decided that if we were going to spend this kind of money it wasn't going to be here or on a Toyota. 30 minutes later on top of the longest 3 hours of trying not escape our sales person disappeared to smoke as we were pawned off on another person to which we had to tell our entire not interested story to them only to be not heard & hear the pitch on why we would be able to take a 24 hour test drive in a Corolla, not even remotely close to the car we wanted. We graciously declined the offer, grabbed our things & snuck out of that place as fast as possible. We decided to stick with the Honda instead & even though we didn't get our truck wound up with a just as acceptable car. More

My mo So much to tell. Where do I start? First. My 75 yr old mother went in to buy a used 05 Lexus for my brother who was trminally ill with cancer. My mom didnt know anything about buying a car and just assumed that she would be treated fairly. BIG mistake. When I found out that she was at the dealership in the middle of a car deal I called and gut the sales manager on the phone while he was doing the paperwork on my mom. I tried to intercede on my moms behalf to make sure she was being treated fairly on the deal. The Sales Mgr was exremely rude and sarcastic to me over the phone. Then he held up the phone and sarcastically said, "Does anyone want to talk to this guy?" then rudely hung up the telephone and proceded to finish the paperwork on my mom. When I saw the deal on paper later on it was obvious that they had sold the car to my mom at around 3,000.00 over the fair market value. You would think that they would have been satisfied to make 3 grand off an old lady. Not so. Next they sold her an extended warranty for 1800.00. Luckily I was able to cancel the extended warranty and I bought theexact same warranty at a Lexus dealership in Monroe, Louisiana for 1,100.00.Its quite ok for a dealership to make a profit on a car deal, however, to take advantage of a 75 yr old lady is disgusting. These guys will take advantage of anyone if they see an opportunity which to me is a testimony of the character and integrity or lack thereof of this organization. Run from this dealership. On a seperate occasion, I took my Camry in to the service dept to get a timing belt replaced and I caught the service adisor red-handed lying to me about an extra 1,200.00 in work to fix something that wasnt broken. As you can see, the character earlier spoken of runs through and through this dealership in every dept. Run. More
