I normally would not take the time to find an outlet to rate a service or buying experience, but the crew at Allen Toyota more than deserve it. Mr. James Usey, and Jeremy Bermond took great care of us, and I can say, For The First Time, that buying a vehicle was an enjoyable experience. I was greeted promptly upon arriving, introduced to a sales manager, and off we went. I told Jeremy what I was looking for, and before I knew it, there were vehicles/options waiting for us at the door. Jeremy was very knowledgeable of the vehicle (Tacoma Pre-Runner) that I was interested in, which is a must for me, and a deal was struck promptly. If you have ever had the urge to "Run" from a car dealership, try Allen Toyota, you may not want to leave! Jim Blue Richton, MS More

"Our mi This dealership has a lack of customer service in my opinion. Ironically, their mission statement is the exact opposite of what they claim. "Our mission is to provide our customers with an experience that is unsurpassed." I would agree with this upon my first visit to this location, I was not confronted by a single sales person. I entered the showroom to find a salesperson and they were all laughing, playing, and joking around not paying one bit of attention to a potential customer. All staff members were highly preoccupied with their smart phones and didn’t seem interested in selling anything. I had to go to the sales manager’s desk and demand a brochure. I would say that experience was unsurpassed....good words Scott C. Allen! Another highlight of their mission statement would be "Customers for life".....well you need to actually want to have a customer in order to have this (hint...hint...Scott C. Allen) The best part would be "Our success is determined by respectfully providing the highest quality service to every customer and associate in a timely manner." Well from my experience you did not have success in making me a customer for life. I left their dealership and bought a brand new car the next day with an actual dealership that is determined and devoted to customer service. For a company to keep saying they are going to provide customer service should realize in today’s economy its called customer loyalty. Read about it Scott C. Allen, maybe you will learn something and your employees can actually learn to interact with their limited customer base in a professional manner. More
I had contacted the dealership back in September via the web site and got a pre-approval for a loan. I searched other dealerships over the next few months for a vehicle with my specific needs. I found sever web site and got a pre-approval for a loan. I searched other dealerships over the next few months for a vehicle with my specific needs. I found several but was not impressed with the service of the sales staff. On a whim I went to Allen Toyota last Thursday afternoon. I drove past the sales staff and went to the back lot to look at the trucks. Jim Ferguson was on the back lot working with another customer, the customer would not even get out of the car to talk to Jim, Jim however maintained his professionalism and continued to work with the guy and let me know that he would be with me shortly. When the customer left, Jim approached me, shook my hand and asked how he could help. I had located a vehicle that I was interested in, Jim unlocked the truck, we took a test drive, Jim explained in detail the features of the truck, drive train and engine, he was extremely knowledgeable. At the end of the test drive, I told Jim where I needed to be with my trade, finance options, payment requirements and overall dollar amount. Jim went right to work, he ran it by the sales manager Jake, Jake came over shook my hand and made sure I was getting what I wanted, I assured him that I was, they both then took the deal to the finace manage Kevin, Kevin met me asked a few questions and went to work. Shortly after I was setting down with kevin discussing options and payments, we struck a deal and began the paperwork. All together 2- hours from my arrival I drove home with a new 2013 Toyota Tundra.......great job guys and thank you....Tom Rice More
I normally don't take the time to submit reviews, but I recently had an experience with Allen Toyota that proved that you can still receive excellent service that is above and beyond normal expectations... recently had an experience with Allen Toyota that proved that you can still receive excellent service that is above and beyond normal expectations... I bought my pre-owned Lexus there last year before moving to AL. I started having issues with my transmission, and the AL dealer, Reinhardt Lexus, could not duplicate the problem in order to diagnose. The problem persisted, so I brought it back in, and by that time, they told me my factory warranty expired, and that they would not except my extended warranty through Toyota! I called Allen Toyota, and not only did the service manager explain to them how to repair my transmission issues, but also convinced them to take my warranty as well! Totally went out of their way to help me! More

Our first trip they had 2 Siennas, one that was on the lot and the other they were waiting for the paperwork to go through from a trade-in, one we wanted. Was called that evening saying trade-in did not go through, the other van just wasn't what we wanted so I told salesman thanks and if anything else came in to give us a call. He called the next day with a new vehicle that was traded so we went to look at it and it was perfect for us. We came back the next day to test drive and do the paperwork. They gave us a great deal on the van and a great deal on our trade-in. Rich was very friendly to my whole family even the 5 month old. Olny hitch in the whole experience was with the service department. We had to wait for 3 hours to get the oil changed, yes the oil. They had to get a filter from the Dodge dealer since the van is a dodge and it took them 3 hours to get it. I could have walked to dodge and back by then. Not sure why service didn't seem to care about getting it faster but Rich constantly went back and forth checking on it. So, I will not bring my vehicle there for service, but when I am in the market for a new vehicle I will be going back to this dealer to check on what they have. Thanks More

We waited four hours before we decided to just go home, and were told that they would call us later in the afternoon with the estimate. No call. Friday: contacted them about the estimate. I was told they were still waiting on parts (since when do you need to order parts to give an estimate?) and that they'd call us in the afternoon with an estimate. No call. Saturday: no call Sunday: closed Monday: I call again about the estimate. They say they're still waiting on parts and that they'll call us back that afternoon. No call. Tuesday: no call Wednesday: I call about the estimate. They FINALLY give it to us, five days after they said they would. Tell us that our car may be done Friday or Saturday. Thursday: waiting Friday: I call about the status of the car. They tell me they're just waiting on one more part to come in - a control arm. They tell me the car will be done on Monday. Saturday: I call again to check on the car because I realize that they're incapable of staying on top of things themselves, so I have to stay on top it for them. Am told once again that they have everything, they're just waiting on the control arm. They tell me the car will be done on Tuesday, but maybe Monday. Sunday: closed Monday (which happens to be today): I call in the morning to ask about the car. They tell me they're working on it now and that the control arm will be in later today. I called again in the afternoon, and I'm told that they got the control arm in, and now they're just waiting on a rear hub. Even though they already told me multiple times that they had all the parts except the control arm. So I guess we'll see if this car EVER gets fixed, because they make excuses every time they're asked a question. More
Bough a 2011 certified Sienna,I told the salesman two days after we took the van home that the air bag on light was not working properly. It took them several weeks to finally look at it. The first time days after we took the van home that the air bag on light was not working properly. It took them several weeks to finally look at it. The first time I brought it in they could not tell what was wrong. After two more weeks they called me back in and after two hours of waiting, they found there was nothing wrong, just the way we were hooking the seat belt, and charger me $80.00. They said that was not covered because we were using a seat belt extension. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle and I went to Allen Toyota. I was promptly greeted by Cedric. He is very professional as well as knowledgable about the Toyota product. I thought that this was going to Toyota. I was promptly greeted by Cedric. He is very professional as well as knowledgable about the Toyota product. They did give decent customer service, and they were nice people. My overall experience was bad because to put it bluntly, I feel like I got screwed on my purchase. I admit that I am inexperienced with nego people. My overall experience was bad because to put it bluntly, I feel like I got screwed on my purchase. I admit that I am inexperienced with negotiating with dealerships, but they took such great advantage of me, I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Not only that, but I will also tell everyone interested in buying a car to not go there. When all the paperwork was finished, I was given $3000 for a trade in and I got stuck with a 7.10% APR for 7 years. To make things worse, I found out from someone after I got the vehicle that the Warren was bragging to his buddies about how much he screwed me over with the vehicle I purchased. I found out later that the trade in was valued at over $6000. Less than 24 hrs later I asked them to take the vehicle back and let me have my car back, they claimed to have already sold it whole sale and that it was already gone. I then asked them to give me the $3000 back from the trade in, but they refused because there was no 3 day window for buyers remorse. More
