As I explained before the truck is awsome. The whole deal was great until I found out I was mislead about truecar.com web sight and there prices. I ended up with less truck for more money. I do not want to do anything with s business that operates like this.i was shocked when I found out the web site is real and legit. I am happy with the truck the few items it needs ill get them put on. I will have the service done at another dealership. It would have been a top notch sale if your salesman didn't lie about the website. Thanks for the 3000 dollar lesson. More

When making my service appointment, staff was very accommodating. Then when I arrived to leave vehicle,I was quickly greeted in service bay. The young man was very courteous and helpful. He took time to explain how to use the free hand Bluetooth through my vehicle. Staff at service desk were also friendly when signing in and picking up after service. The staff is always very friendly and on the ball. I love that they vacuum the front floors when they change the oil, that is a wonderful bonus. Went after receiving a recall letter and for a service and issues with the Bluetooth. The service was performed in a timely manner and Kim advised me of my next appointment. Roger Craft greeted me as I was leaving the dealership and I informed him that my Bluetooth was not working. Roger immediately tried to assist me with this issue. Roger informed Heather Fain of my problem. Heather was AMAZING!!!! Although, the issue was not resolved on 12/30, she was persistent in trying to find a solution. Heather scheduled me to come back to the dealership the next day as it was late and the service technicians had left for the evening. I arrived to the dealership the next morning to find Kim and Heather eager to assist in resolving my issue. This is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Overall, for my first visit to this service center, my experience was good. Steve, the service consultant, provided instructions on where to wait, the complementary drinks provided, and where the restroo experience was good. The work was accomplished reasonably quick, and the rental car provided opportunity for me to remain on schedule with my calendar. More
