My 2010 Toyota Trunda check engine light and Anti Slip light came on, truck not running very good. Called Allen Toyota was conneted with Kathy Hill. She helped me set an appointment for later that afternoon. After arriving at dealership, Kathy checked me in, told me it would take about 2 hours before problem could be found. I left dealership and about and hour later she called and told me the problem. She said it was under warranty. This was a Friday afternoon. Truck was repaired the next day with no problems. Although it was raining when I picked my truck up it looked like it had been washed and vaccumed. This was a very positive visit, Kathy Hill took care of everything and asked if there was anything else she or Allen Toyota could do for me. Thanks again for thing care of your customers! More

As I explained before the truck is awsome. The whole deal was great until I found out I was mislead about truecar.com web sight and there prices. I ended up with less truck for more money. I do not want to do anything with s business that operates like this.i was shocked when I found out the web site is real and legit. I am happy with the truck the few items it needs ill get them put on. I will have the service done at another dealership. When making my service appointment, staff was very accommodating. Then when I arrived to leave vehicle,I was quickly greeted in service bay. The young man was very courteous and helpful.
