Had recall done and got oil change. Everyone was friendly. Just got a little scared today. I'm at work and found out one of my lug nuts fell off. My 2010 Toyota Trunda check engine light and Anti Slip light came on, truck not running very good. Called Allen Toyota was conneted with Kathy Hill. She helped me set an appointment for later that afterno light came on, truck not running very good. Called Allen Toyota was conneted with Kathy Hill. She helped me set an appointment for later that afternoon. After arriving at dealership, Kathy checked me in, told me it would take about 2 hours before problem could be found. I left dealership and about and hour later she called and told me the problem. She said it was under warranty. This was a Friday afternoon. Truck was repaired the next day with no problems. Although it was raining when I picked my truck up it looked like it had been washed and vaccumed. This was a very positive visit, Kathy Hill took care of everything and asked if there was anything else she or Allen Toyota could do for me. Thanks again for thing care of your customers! More
