I had a question regarding a noise with which I was not familiar. I was concerned that there was a problem with my brand new truck. James encouraged me to bring it in so that it could be serviced if nece familiar. I was concerned that there was a problem with my brand new truck. James encouraged me to bring it in so that it could be serviced if necessary. When I explained the problem to Jim, he told me that this was a normal sound due to "advanced technology". He took me to another new truck and showed me that it made the exact same sound. I am no longer concerned. Thank you so much, James & Jim! More

Will in service does an excellent job. Keeps me informed. Terry who is the lot guy, I believe, went above and beyond... they forgot to run my car through the car wash as I had a coupon. Had recall done and got oil change. Everyone was friendly. Just got a little scared today. I'm at work and found out one of my lug nuts fell off.
