The worse dealership I have ever dealt with bought a used car here and it was the bigggest mistake!!!The salesperson who sold it to me lied and said was on going to be checked and that was xx.the transmissio car here and it was the bigggest mistake!!!The salesperson who sold it to me lied and said was on going to be checked and that was xx.the transmission was bad,then the car ran hot and then the radiator went bad,I tried to swap for a knew but the xxxxxxxx wouldn’t let me do and this was last year and it was in and out the shop damages and they didn’t care about nothing but my money smh and i barely got to drive they lemon because it kept tearing up smh then they try to blame the damages on me when they know that xxxx car was already messed up when I got it smh which was shady and they give you false promises and they lie to you and when you call the out on the xx they fast to hang up on you.These people are liars,greedy and when they get there commission off you it’s they don’t give a xxxx smh More

I was very pleased with my service representative, Zack Corbin. We had some early innocuous misperceptions about the work to be preformed, but that was easily resolved by Zack, and my water pump and fluid Corbin. I am thoroughly satisfied with the technician that conducted the work and how Zack handled the whole service process. However, I had one obnoxious young, brash, self- centered, self -obsessed, arrogant, argumentive, and opinionated egomaniac in his early 20's, with short black or brown hair, he was thin, medium height, that ruined much of the positive experience I had with Zack. He had the unmitigated gall to say to me that I should ask Zack to give me a 50% discount. He was rude and completely inappropriate, and entirely annoying. This young fool has no business dealing with the public. I will come back to J Allen because of Zack, not this young misguided arrant reprobate. More
