My experience has met with above expectation regarding service received by service advisor Kimberly McHugh. Kimberly clarifies my recall notices that I present to her from Toyota. After full inspection of my vehicle, Kimberly assured me that my notices did not apply during this visit and to keep them in my booklet since I was cover for addition seven years from the original warranty of the vehicle. Upon reading my service receipt, I notice that a few things did not match the service outline and brought this to Kimberly attention. She immediately had things taken care of. I express my concerns that even though it may seem minor it left the impression of what else/work was not perform that did not match the service summary. Kimberly was very professional in correcting the issue on hand and assured me that the labor performed on my vehicle done correctly, professionally, and back by Toyota. This is the second time Kimberly had to correct a service issue that I have had. I just wanted to make sure kudos are noted for Kimberly quick action on getting the work done correctly and to my satisfaction and making me feel at ease. More

Mike Hall the general manager worked in concert with James Usey, the sales manager and made the best deal I have ever had from any dealership in the past 50 years. Mike Hall understood the issues with the Venza and discussed them at length wife my wife and me. There was a 2104 Tacoma in stock that we were willing to buy if the trade price was right. Both Mike Hall and James made sure the price was right and extended their pocket book far and beyond normal to satisfy our needs to a loyal customer that owned 17 Toyotas, 7 of which were bought from the dealership. Melissa Myers made the financing like a cake walk and was super friendly and professional with the very best interest rates availabl. As a result we are now the proud owner of my 18th Toyota. I recommend Allen Toyota across the board as the best professional car dealership I have ever been involved with. More

My 2013 Venza suffered a very complicated series of electrical malfunctions since ownership. The end result was a blown fuse that couldn't be traced. It required the assistance of a Toyota troubleshoot electrical malfunctions since ownership. The end result was a blown fuse that couldn't be traced. It required the assistance of a Toyota troubleshooter from Houston Texas. After 15 or so days in the shop and 3 episodes of a blown fuse we no longer trusted the Venza to take on a trip. Robert Barr did all he could with a very positive attitude and excellent wotk ethics. Working with Mike Hall and James Usey, we reached an agreement to trade the vehicle. Heather Fain needs more training/experience in dealing with customers who have service issues as she turned her back on me with out saying a word, and walked off while discussing the length of time in the shop. I had a question regarding a noise with which I was not familiar. I was concerned that there was a problem with my brand new truck. James encouraged me to bring it in so that it could be serviced if nece familiar. I was concerned that there was a problem with my brand new truck. He took me to another new truck and showed me that it made the exact same sound. I am no longer concerned. Thank you so much, James & Jim! More
