He made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced, went over everything that had been done to my car and the results of the tests that were run and walked me over to the cashier. By the time I finished there, he had already scheduled my next service appointment and had my appointment card waiting. The dealership showroom was clean and relaxing with fresh coffee and popcorn available along with a relaxing aquarium or television to watch in the sitting area. Very relaxing, making waiting for my car to be serviced a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Allen Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used car! More

I was very impressed with the Customer Service provided at Allen Toyota. From the moment I drove my car into the service center, without even having an appointment, I was greeted very curtiously and when at Allen Toyota. He provided very professional service and was very accommodating. The technician who worked on my car should be commended because he performed and outstanding job in correcting the problem. When I left the service center, I was very happy and pleased with the repair on my car and my car drove very nice and quiet. I will continue to use your Allen Toyota Service Center to perform repair work on my car. The reception area is very comfortable and relaxing and I loved the fact that popcorn was provided. The only thing that I would like to see improve is the amount of time it requires to get the service down if possible . I was there for over 2 hours for oil change and check up with exception of fuse chan amount of time it requires to get the service down if possible .
