In this case consider this one as a Good (Great) review making up for the 10 customers that did not tell you the good things Mr. Dennis is doing at his job. The customer service I received from Dennis Watts was excellent and fast. From the moment he looked at my vehicle he was telling me what I could have done to save money. Work was completed and my little Toyota Tacoma is back in the road helping me go to work and keep America moving forward. Recommendation: You should offer service discount to Teachers, Students and Veterans. Or a discount to loyal customers. Fast and Fabulous! I expected to wait 3 hours or more for service and detail cleaning on my car, but Dennis had me in and out in about 90 minutes!! Oil Change I brought in my 12' 4Runnner for an oil change(by appointment) 11 April. The person who greeted me in the bay was polite and professional. I was brought inside and waited over an hour for it to be finished. My vehicle sat in the bay for 10 minutes until I finally had to tell them it was finished. It then took them a few minutes to find the paperwork. They went over what was accomplished(air filter, tires, cabin air, etc.). They told me they "cleaned the cabin air filter". For laughs, (because it's happened more than once) I pulled the cabin air filter and it was packed full of leaves and dirt. I don't mind the fact that it wasn't done, I mind that it took over an hour for a 10minute oil change to be accomplished and to be fed lies in the end on why it took so long and all the extra things that were checked. If a person finds one thing that wasn't done that they were told was done, why would they believe the rest of it was done? More

When I received my first reminder a few weeks prior to the appt on 4/9, the time was incorrect. (It had me down for 10:30 a.m, but I had it on my calendar for 1:00.) I re-scheduled for 2:00, and received a confirmation. A day or two later, I received another reminder with a different date and time. Two days before the re-scheduled appt., I received another confirmation with the correct date and time. However, when I arrived they had no record of my appt., but they worked me in. I dropped the car off about 12:30 and was given a ride to my office. The driver made a note that I would need to be picked up. Shortly after 2:00, I received a call letting me know the car was finished and was told that they would call me when the driver was on his way. I was busy a promptly forgot about the time. Shortly before 5:00, I received another call asking if I still needed a ride. The courtesy van driver had forgotten. I was put in touch with another person who said he would call when he was pulling up to the office. (My office is less than 5 minutes from Allen.) At 5:10 I went outside to wait. At 5:20 I called to check on the driver and and was placed on a very lengthy hold. When someone finally came back, I was told that there was no one there to pick me up. The driver pulled up at 5:30. He apologized profusely, saying that just as he was getting ready to leave, 2 cars pulled in for service and he had to take care of them, as there was no one else to do so. When we got to Allen, the person behind the desk couldn't find my keys. She printed out another copy of the report, said the keys were in the car and sent me out the door. However, the vehicle in the service area wasn't my car. After going back inside, they located my keys and had the car brought up, and I was finally able to drive away. When I dropped the car off, I was asked if I'd like a complimentary wash, to which I replied "yes." When I picked it up, the car hadn't been washed. The next day, I received a reminder of my appointment for 10:30 on 4/11. More
Very Personable I purchased my vehicle in 2011. Everything said about my service contract has been true. Even now in 2014 the way I'm greated, given personal time, as I purchased my vehicle in 2011. Everything said about my service contract has been true. Even now in 2014 the way I'm greated, given personal time, asked about if there is anything that would make my visit more pleasant. Those types of experiences are rare once you've already purchased a vehicle. Roger's pleasant personality and genuine concern about me as a customer makes me tell others about the dealership and has me coming back to get my next vehicle from Toyota. I thought it was just me getting this, what I call special treatment, but I've witnessed time and time again him doing the same with other customers. Great guy! More
Lack of customer care and attention to detail very upset I returned to your Dealership due to the great experience i had with my last purchase there and it went wonderfully. I brought in my Toyota Camry and wanted to trade it in for a Tundra. However when your Used Car Manager (Lewis Daniels) evaluated the trade in and pulled a Car-Fax Report the report showed a "Mileage Discrepancy". I was then told that my car had mileage roll back done and was informed that they could only give me rough trade in value. Car was in great condition yes it had 143,000 miles on it but its a Toyota they last forever. My last Camry was a 2002 and it had 398,000 miles on it and still ran great. However no one decided to read the detail description on the Car-Fax Report, it clearly states after i bought the car it was registered to have 50,114 miles on it. When it was registered at the DMV it was 50,110. This clearly is a Clerical error and can be easily rectified. But no one mentioned this and when i asked for the print out of the car-fax report they finally got it to me conveniently at the end of the process as i was getting in my new truck and driving off the lot. I asked many times for more money on my trade in and they stated they could not do it because of the mileage roll-back. which clearly is not the case so they shorted me money on my trade and would not work with me on getting a better deal. I feel cheated and shorted in this event. and do not recommend anyone going to Allen Toyota to do business. I even tried calling them back the next business day to see if they would work with me on this after i read the complete report from Car-Fax. They for some reason would not return my calls even after leaving a voice-mail for Lewis Daniels. What made me read the details of the Car-Fax is i was going to sue the business responsible for rolling back the mileage but my attorney and i went over the document with a fine tooth comb and i am not able to due to it was a clerical error. I am extremely pissed off due to the lack of professionalism and customer care. Heck i am a loyal Toyota customer but will not be for Allen Toyota any more. Nor recommend them for anyone else. More

Allen Toyota Service Dept Complaint Allen Toyota Service Complaint April 5, Saturday, I brought the 2014 Highlander to have the side running boards (i purchased direct from Toyota Manuf Allen Toyota Service Complaint April 5, Saturday, I brought the 2014 Highlander to have the side running boards (i purchased direct from Toyota Manufacture factory) installed by Allen Toyota service at around 2:30pm, later 3:30pm they were looking for the diagram layout which was later found in one of the box at 3:45pm, the tech informed me that not enough time because they close at 5:30pm!, went to Steven Conquergood and told me the same lame excuse, so i asked for any supervisor and told me all supervisors are out!, and finally brought in Andy Greg and told me the same excuse! I am pissed off due to the fact that they made me wait for 1hour just to tell me they need the layout diagram, and when finally found (less than 2hrs before they close) they throw that lame excuse not enough time! So i decided to leave. They didn't even show sorry and not even providing a complimentary discount for the next visit! Being in the military and my work is 40min drive between Pascagoula MS and Gulfport MS Allen Toyota, time is very limited as i lived in Biloxi MS. Hopefully someone would take action and that experience with how they take care of their customer, made me NOT to go there again! More
