Service I can say first off I am always satisfied with the quality of the work performed on my Toyota. But this has been the second occasion that I've brough I can say first off I am always satisfied with the quality of the work performed on my Toyota. But this has been the second occasion that I've brought in a coupon that was posting on the website and it hasn't been applied to my bill. I gave the $10 off coupon to Steve and after I left and reviewed my receipt it wasn't applied.I have brought in one in the past and Mr.Tieblier told the service writer that it couldn't be applied to my current service it had to be used on the next date of service which didn't make sense because the coupon would have been expired. I still haven't received that discount although I was told it would be applied to my next service(s) and I have since had several. Shekiba Allen More
hellloooo... anyone??? I pulled up at my appointment time. Nobody was outside to greet me. Went through the doors which had the posted hours for the service center to be gre I pulled up at my appointment time. Nobody was outside to greet me. Went through the doors which had the posted hours for the service center to be greeted by a show unit. After asking around, I found the service center desk around the corner with two gentlemen sitting there. One was scowling at his computer screen and did not acknowledge me. The other was on the phone and after a minute politely said, "I'll be with you in just a minute." I had come in for an oil change and one hour later had to ask to have my car back. One hour seems a bit long. Price advertised on the website when booking appt was 39.99 so why did I end up paying around $57? More

Even though it was 3:15 PM, the Service Department went I called the Service Department to see about getting the oil changed in my 2005 Camry today. Even though it was 3:15 PM, the Service Department went out of their way to work my oil change in their schedule. Will Johnson explained the servicing may take longer than the 59 minutes they strive to meet. Actually, my car was serviced within the 59 minutes even though this was an unscheduled service appointment. The entire staff was very pleasant and caring. I have been a customer at this dealership for over 20 years and have purchased 3 vehicles from them. With this kind of treatment, why go anywhere else? More
