long-time customer very disappointed and feeling betrayed Took my Toyota Sienna in for regular oil change and maintenance (as I do every 5,000 miles). The van is at 97,500 miles. Expected that it might need Took my Toyota Sienna in for regular oil change and maintenance (as I do every 5,000 miles). The van is at 97,500 miles. Expected that it might need a little something simply because it's nearing 100,000 miles, but otherwise runs great. Was presented with a suggested maintenance order of $5062!!! And told "we have some problems" What?? Which of these items is critical? Well the answer was the $2500 one. Immediately thanked him for his time, paid for the oil change and took it to an independent mechanic who recommended only about $700 worth of maintenance type items that were not critical and that I could come back for in a month or so and was told the van is in really good shape. Wow!! Unbelievable. More

Service Lewis sent me to Will Johnson and he made sure that my car was serviced and I was in and out! He was very nice gave me a business card. Good Service then all lies I went to Allen Toyota because I saw Jonathan Allen's TV commercial offering 0% financing or $1500.00 cash on a 2014.5 Camry.
