Disappointed An hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. The seal was hanging off my driver side door when the car was returned and someone had played with my radio. An hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. The seal was hanging off my driver side door when the car was returned and someone had played with my radio. That’s unacceptable!! Before I saw all of that…. I asked the secretary if there was a better day to bring in my vehicles for routine maintenance and she told me she didn’t think so. The “call center” books the appointments and sometimes they over book. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the service I’ve received and I’ve been a customer since 2006. I a Sequoia and a Caprice. If the service department is declining, I won’t remain a customer. More

Great attentive and friendly customer service. Great setup specially the waiting area for those who have to wait. I even went on a walk around the huge lot and was able to exercise some, then watch Great setup specially the waiting area for those who have to wait. I went in for the first time gave them my information to include both of my warranty and they took care of the rest. Once done I just signed and left. No headaches or hassles. Bought car and getting screwed Bought car and was not told conv top was not working properly. Tried to have them fix it they said that all they could do was split the cost.
