What do I get for service. As a new customer I would have liked an overview of the service process. IS the car supposed to be washed? vacuum? Windows washed? horrible service experience I have always been happy with the service I received at Allen Toyota, and I have always worked with Will. He was promoted and moved to Allen Hyundai. After I started realizing the poor quality of service I was receiving, I left TWO nice voicemails for the "service manager". I stated very politely that I had some concerns about my service. It is now the next day, mid morning, and I have still not received a call back from the "manager". I am considering trading in my car at another dealership, but no matter what, I will avoid this service department from here on out. It is too bad, because I have used them for every service since I bought my car over 2 1/2 years ago. More

Better Service I think you need to go back to VACUUMING the vehicles you service. This puts your Dealership apart from the other ones. Which makes you outstanding.
