Great service, only one bad thing. Mike was very friendly. It was a quick service. 55k service, tire rotation, battery replacement and air filter replacement. To long for a scheduled appointment oil change! Dropped my truck off at 1:30 PM and was still waiting on it at 3:00 PM. I was a basic oil change with no rotation of tires or changing any filters. Not upset but really need to work on the time you keep your customers on scheduled appointments on a basic oil change. Service goes beyond the mechanical work Had the 2010 Camry in for the 10k synthetic oil change. I showed the service manager a spot of oil that I thought had been left behind at last service. He insisted that he would have it checked out, which turned out to be a gasket that would be a pain to change. J.T. and his crew jumped on this task and followed it through to the final customer inspection, I always look under the hood beforte I leave. Always have, just an old mechanics habit. Not only did he replace remedy my gasket issue, they also removed any and all traces of oil, accumulated dirt, anything that wasnt engine was gone! Looked like new! J.T. ensured that we had seemless transportation at our finger tips. As soon as we knew we had to leave our car behind he put us in touch with Mr. Dembrowski who handles customer relations. Between the both of them we were back on the road with a very minimum of 45 minutes from the time we hit the door till we were on our way. Both of these guys, along with our advisor Chuck, all took it personally and professionally to make our experience at Allen Toyota the best it could be. I highly recommended this dealer to my Mom, brothers, and friends. All are happycustomers now. I would like to see vacuuming of front cabin area and clean rag inside window washing come back. That would be the icing on the cake! Keep up the good work all!! You know even if we are out of state and the work can wait, we will always be headed to Allen Toyota for all of our new car and excellent service after the sale. I was handed off to a service advisor and he was awesome also. Being a tech myself I know the feeling when someone shows up late in the day and wants something done. I received NO negative vibe from anyone in the service dept. I will be back. More
What do I get for service. As a new customer I would have liked an overview of the service process. IS the car supposed to be washed? vacuum? Windows washed? After I started realizing the poor quality of service I was receiving, I left TWO nice voicemails for the "service manager". I stated very politely that I had some concerns about my service. It is now the next day, mid morning, and I have still not received a call back from the "manager". I am considering trading in my car at another dealership, but no matter what, I will avoid this service department from here on out. It is too bad, because I have used them for every service since I bought my car over 2 1/2 years ago. More
