outstanding service I stopped in to have my 10,000 mile checkup finished on my 2014 tundra 1794. The other dealership did change the oil and rotate the tires but didn't I stopped in to have my 10,000 mile checkup finished on my 2014 tundra 1794. The other dealership did change the oil and rotate the tires but didn't do the check sheet. I was met at the service bay and greeted. I explained my issue and was escorted to the service counter where I was taken care of. After approx. 45 minutes the work was completed and I was briefed on the report. This dealership is one of the best toyota dealerships I have been to on my trip around the USA. They really care about toyota customers both within their trade area and individuals from out of the region (Wyoming). More

I do not remember the names of the other employees that worked with me, but you all did very well. I've never opened a single door because all employees pay close attention to the customers actions, things are constantly being cleaned and the coffee is always hot. Went in because my low tire pressure light came on. I shut the car off as soon as I saw it because this is the first time I've seen the light so I had to look in the book to see what it was. With the cold weather I know tires can lose air pressure overnight, but they found a nail in my tire so it was good that I went in right away. They fixed it quickly, while I took some time to knit. I also learned that I don't have a protection plan on my tires. I thought I did because I'm used to having one from past tire purchases at other places. But now I will be prepared for the next time I may have a tire problem, it may cost a little money. Thank you again for all the help! More

not satisfied I have heard about you guys before and not really good things. His tone of voice only reflected that you guys are the only dealer around and we could not get anything better. That was the wrong answer. He was not willing to work with us in my opinion thinking that we were desperate for a vehicle. One more time wrong. Did not work with the price the best he could. If you guys are so good and work so many deals then you should have more room to work better deals. I have to say that this is the second time that I visited your dealer and walk away disappointed. Not a good record and not good propaganda from us. Well that is okay I found a better dealer that is willing to really work a good deal where both sides are happy. More
Vehicle Purchase and Service Review Cedriic is an excellent sells person. He found out how much my Toyota Prius would amount to in trade. We worked the deal from that point. My Prius needed expensive repairs. I felt that Cedric made me a fair deal even though I was in a bad situation. Kim and Cedric were both kind and considerate. good work, terrible customer service I had a terrible experience with the customer service staff especially with Mike. My appointment was at 10:45. One of the service men explained tha I had a terrible experience with the customer service staff especially with Mike. My appointment was at 10:45. One of the service men explained that it was my battery. I saw the serviceman deliver my keys to the front desk after replacing my battery. Approximately 5 to 6 minuets later, I walked up to the desk and explained that I needed to get back to work since it was already around 1215. Mike explained told me to leave the desk because he had to train another technician and that it would take longer if I stood there watching. He indicated that it was my bill that they were working on. After waiting another 25 minuets, I went back to the front desk and discovered that my bill has not been processed at all. I informed Mike that he lied to me. We had a brief discussion about the matter and he leave the front desk. Another tech finally totals my bill and takes me over to the cashier. It is now about 1:00. In short, it took around 45 minuets from the time my keys were brought back to the counter until payment. Since my car is getting old, I have be seriously considering a new car. It will not be a Toyota because I do not want to have to deal with your service department. Furthermore, a colleague a couple of weeks ago arrive back at work and was explaining her bad experience with the service department at Toyota. More

worst service l've ever had. THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT TO ALLEN TOYOTA, BOTH HAVE LEFT ME WITH A VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES RECIEVED. ON 12 SEP 14, I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN TO THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT TO ALLEN TOYOTA, BOTH HAVE LEFT ME WITH A VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES RECIEVED. ON 12 SEP 14, I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN TO GET THE OIL CHANGED, TIRES ROTATED, AND FOG LIGHTS REPAIRED. THEY CHANGED THE OIL, FORGOT TO ROTATE MY TIRES, I WAITED FOR THEM TO BRING IT BACK (RIGHT AWAY IS WHAT I WAS TOLD), AND AFTER AN ADDITIONAL 45 MIN WAIT(ON TOP OF THE 2 HOURS I HAD ALREADY WAITED) IT WAS STILL NOT IN THE SHOP. THE SERVICE REP REPRINTED A NEW RECIEPT TAKING TEN DOLLARS OFF THE TOTAL PRICE, AND THEY DID NOT FIX MY HEADLIGHT WHICH I LATER DISCOVERED. BASICAPLLY I PAID $105.35 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. OUTRAGEOUS!! MY NEXT VISIT WAS ON 2 JAN 15 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE TIRE ROTATION THAT I HADN'T RECIEVED. THEY SUPPOSEDLY DID THE TIRE ROTATION BUT NOT THE OIL CHANGE. I HAD ALSO ASK THEM TO FIX THE FOG LIGHT THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR ON MY PREVIOUS VISIT. THIS TIME IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND I WALKED OUT WITHOUT MY OIL CHANGE BEING ACCOMPLISHED( THE REASON I CAME IN). IN BOTH CASES I CLEARLY STATED WHAT I WANTED DONE, WITH SIX HOURS OF WASTED TIME. THE SERVICE REP,IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND I JUST STATED "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY". IN 51 YEARS, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! I AM REQUESTING A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO YOUR CORPORATE MANAGER. PLEASE REPLY WITH OTHER THAN A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. More

Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make me fell special. As I looked arround the service area I could not help but notice that everyone was treated the same way.
