24FEB2015 SERVICE FOR CAMRY RECALL ( TRANS. SOFTWARE UPDATE) Bottomline up front: coordination, communication, and service were exceptional. A few days after receiving the official Toyota Recall Notice by mail, Bottomline up front: coordination, communication, and service were exceptional. A few days after receiving the official Toyota Recall Notice by mail, "Nicole S. - Service Appointment Coordinator" called to remind us of the recall and schedule an appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership, “Terry C. - Service Greeter” promptly asked the nature of the visit, recorded odometer reading/etc, and linked me up with "Chase H. - Service Advisor.” Chase verified/updated our contact info and predicted the recall-service would take 1-2hrs. A little more than an hour later Chase called saying the service was complete. Upon pickup, Chase reviewed the receipt, gave a detailed explanation of the Transmission Software Update, and offered to schedule our next warranty-service 4 months in advance. Hats off to the entire Service Dept. Staff for efficiently completing the recall upgrade and keeping us safe! More

We drop the car off and then hours later we get a call saying the new part is defective but they will get the new part first thing in the morning and if we leave the car they will have it done and call. 3rd. We leave the car so the part can be put on first thing and 2pm comes and no one calls us. 4th we call and chase puts us on hold for 10'minutes just to come back and tell us the part is in and it will be put on before they close at 5:30! 5th. We talk to service manager and soon later the car is done BUT when he met us and we explained how unhappy we were with Chase and his lies and delays in getting the part he claims he will do the 5k service even though it is a bit early but at least he would keep us from returning to the dealer in another month. The tires rotated and 5k service is not done after 2 days wasted sitting at your dealership. Never again. More
First visit for maintenance on new auto. We went in for our first maintenance appointment. We had a pleasant area to sit in with lots of sunshine, a large screen t.v. to watch and great comm We went in for our first maintenance appointment. We had a pleasant area to sit in with lots of sunshine, a large screen t.v. to watch and great community coffee to drink while waiting. We checked out the new auto's and then sat and read the paper and had a really good cup of coffee while waiting. Our wait wasn't long as there were three people ahead of us. They even washed the car for us! I felt pampered! Thumbs up to Allen Toyota!!! More

I've never opened a single door because all employees pay close attention to the customers actions, things are constantly being cleaned and the coffee is always hot. Went in because my low tire pressure light came on. I shut the car off as soon as I saw it because this is the first time I've seen the light so I had to look in the book to see what it was. With the cold weather I know tires can lose air pressure overnight, but they found a nail in my tire so it was good that I went in right away. They fixed it quickly, while I took some time to knit. I also learned that I don't have a protection plan on my tires. I thought I did because I'm used to having one from past tire purchases at other places. But now I will be prepared for the next time I may have a tire problem, it may cost a little money. Thank you again for all the help! More
outstanding service I stopped in to have my 10,000 mile checkup finished on my 2014 tundra 1794. The other dealership did change the oil and rotate the tires but didn't do the check sheet. I was met at the service bay and greeted. I explained my issue and was escorted to the service counter where I was taken care of. After approx. 45 minutes the work was completed and I was briefed on the report. This dealership is one of the best toyota dealerships I have been to on my trip around the USA. They really care about toyota customers both within their trade area and individuals from out of the region (Wyoming). More

His tone of voice only reflected that you guys are the only dealer around and we could not get anything better. That was the wrong answer. He was not willing to work with us in my opinion thinking that we were desperate for a vehicle. One more time wrong. Did not work with the price the best he could. If you guys are so good and work so many deals then you should have more room to work better deals. I have to say that this is the second time that I visited your dealer and walk away disappointed. Not a good record and not good propaganda from us. Well that is okay I found a better dealer that is willing to really work a good deal where both sides are happy. More

My Prius needed expensive repairs. I felt that Cedric made me a fair deal even though I was in a bad situation. Kim and Cedric were both kind and considerate. good work, terrible customer service I had a terrible experience with the customer service staff especially with Mike. My appointment was at 10:45. One of the service men explained tha I had a terrible experience with the customer service staff especially with Mike. My appointment was at 10:45. One of the service men explained that it was my battery. I saw the serviceman deliver my keys to the front desk after replacing my battery. Approximately 5 to 6 minuets later, I walked up to the desk and explained that I needed to get back to work since it was already around 1215. Mike explained told me to leave the desk because he had to train another technician and that it would take longer if I stood there watching. He indicated that it was my bill that they were working on. After waiting another 25 minuets, I went back to the front desk and discovered that my bill has not been processed at all. I informed Mike that he lied to me. We had a brief discussion about the matter and he leave the front desk. Another tech finally totals my bill and takes me over to the cashier. It is now about 1:00. In short, it took around 45 minuets from the time my keys were brought back to the counter until payment. Since my car is getting old, I have be seriously considering a new car. It will not be a Toyota because I do not want to have to deal with your service department. Furthermore, a colleague a couple of weeks ago arrive back at work and was explaining her bad experience with the service department at Toyota. More
