Salesman lied Nov of 2014 my sister-in-law was looking to buy a car. She met an Allen Toyota salesman named Roger through a friend of hers. He told her he could fin Nov of 2014 my sister-in-law was looking to buy a car. She met an Allen Toyota salesman named Roger through a friend of hers. He told her he could find her a car. He did find a car perfect for her. The only problem was that it only had one key, and it did not have a remote for the door locks. We asked him about a second key and remote. He said he would have to contact the previous owner for both of them. He also said if the previous owner did not have them that he would somehow get them for her. It is now Dec 2015 and she still has only one key and no remote. My sister-in-law went back to Roger multiple times about the key and remote, all she just got a run around. From what I've been told Roger got a promotion. What this says to me is, if you work at Allen Toyota and LIE to the customer you get rewarded with a promotion. And believe me I tell everyone I know about her incredible bad experience at Allen Toyota. More

Great customer service Went to service because of air pressure indicator light appearing on our display board....Thought it would be a simple check the air and make the adju Went to service because of air pressure indicator light appearing on our display board....Thought it would be a simple check the air and make the adjustment to the pressure on each tire...Come to find out, there was a nail in the tire that was causing the problem....Even though the tire could not be repaired and I had to buy a new tire, I was grateful that the problem was discovered and could be fixed instead of the possibility of having a major blowout on the highway with a risk of injury or damage to the car....Mr Watts was very nice and professional, even apologizing for this tire not being able to be fixed....I had no problem with having to replace this tire....You cannot put a price on your safety and your life while driving on these roads....The dealership had a replacement tire in stock and got me back on the road in a timely matter....Thank you for a job well done. State Inspection Sticker We purchased our Toyota 4 Runner from you a few years ago and have enjoyed the free courtesy state inspection sticker each year. This year we had to pay for the sticker because I typically perform the maintenance work on the vehicle and don't bring it to the dealership very often. This is what the representative told me today as to why I had to pay for it. I still have the Allen Toyota decal on our vehicle as advertising for your dealership, should I remove if their is no benefit to having on the car? I realize it is a little thing but sometimes it's the little things that make it a nice experience to have our say about a dealership. Mark More
Service department is a joke. I go into the dealer for service at 42k miles on my 2013 Avalon and I have extended warranty and prepaid Toyota care plus for 120k miles and I go up t I go into the dealer for service at 42k miles on my 2013 Avalon and I have extended warranty and prepaid Toyota care plus for 120k miles and I go up to the counter to meet with my advisor and we talk about what all problems I'm having with the vehicle. In the process of talking to the advisor he tells me there is a chance I may be charged if the findings are not covered under warranty. So I tell the guy I have no money to spend today and that if there is a need to charge for something to call me before they do it. So he also tells me that I will have to pay for a rental. I told him my warranty should cover it and he says the warranty should cover it. So I told him that if he thinks it will charge me To let me know he said ok and asked for my number and I asked him one more time so I'm not going to be charged anything today right. And he says no sir and says lets get it setup. We get it setup and they lead me to believe I will be charged nothing for the services today and say he will call if there is a chance of charges before doing the work. I call the dealer back twice throughout the day and talk to him and nothing is said about any charges and the second time I called he says yep I'm working on your ticket now I'll call you back in about ten minutes. I get a call back 15 or so minutes later and we go over everything and then he tells me and the total due today is $108. And I tell him he told me it wouldn't cost me anything and that he would call me before they do anything that will cost something and he chuckles and says you thought you weren't going to pay anything your at 42k miles and you said you wanted oil change and service done on the car and I tell him yes but my warranty should cover all that and he says your warranty expired a while back so I tell him no I have extended warranty and he looks it up and finds it and says ok let me adjust this and I'll call you back... I wait and he finally calls me back and then says ok it's only $58 and I was like ok you said it wouldn't cost me anything so I'll take care of it at the dealership. I get to the dealer and we go back and forth about it and then they take me to the office and call me a liar and say I don't have a bumper to bumper warranty and that's why I'm having to pay $58 today and I tell them I have both an extended warranty and a maintenance warranty... They say no and we're going to need you to pay the 58 dollars today and we go back and forth some more and I tell them I will oay it today but I will have to dispute it with my credit card company because I have a warranty. They go get another manager and then come back and say ok we won't charge you for today but you can never bring your car back to this dealership again. So I say ok and go. When I get home I call the financing manager Jeremy and tell him I want my money back for my warranty because I paid for a bumper to bumper warranty and they called me a liar and said that I don't. After 45 seconds to a minute he says you do.. You have a bumper to bumper 120k 6 year warranty and a 120k mile extended maintenance warranty. And I tell him everything and he says we'll I'll go find out what's going on and call you back.. After no call back in an hour I call the dealer again and to no surprise they say he's gone for the day. This place has the absolute worst customer service ever and I and my family and friends will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. I will be calling to cancel my warranty and get a full refund as soon as possible. More

A few days after receiving the official Toyota Recall Notice by mail, Bottomline up front: coordination, communication, and service were exceptional. A few days after receiving the official Toyota Recall Notice by mail, "Nicole S. - Service Appointment Coordinator" called to remind us of the recall and schedule an appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership, “Terry C. - Service Greeter” promptly asked the nature of the visit, recorded odometer reading/etc, and linked me up with "Chase H. - Service Advisor.” Chase verified/updated our contact info and predicted the recall-service would take 1-2hrs. A little more than an hour later Chase called saying the service was complete. Upon pickup, Chase reviewed the receipt, gave a detailed explanation of the Transmission Software Update, and offered to schedule our next warranty-service 4 months in advance. Hats off to the entire Service Dept. Staff for efficiently completing the recall upgrade and keeping us safe! More
Not professional 1st. Chase the service writer makes up lies and waste our time so we have to talk to the manager about the couple weeks trying to get our replacement 1st. We drop the car off and then hours later we get a call saying the new part is defective but they will get the new part first thing in the morning and if we leave the car they will have it done and call. 3rd. We leave the car so the part can be put on first thing and 2pm comes and no one calls us. 4th we call and chase puts us on hold for 10'minutes just to come back and tell us the part is in and it will be put on before they close at 5:30! 5th. We talk to service manager and soon later the car is done BUT when he met us and we explained how unhappy we were with Chase and his lies and delays in getting the part he claims he will do the 5k service even though it is a bit early but at least he would keep us from returning to the dealer in another month. The tires rotated and 5k service is not done after 2 days wasted sitting at your dealership. Never again. More

We had a pleasant area to sit in with lots of sunshine, a large screen t.v. to watch and great comm We went in for our first maintenance appointment. We checked out the new auto's and then sat and read the paper and had a really good cup of coffee while waiting. Our wait wasn't long as there were three people ahead of us. They even washed the car for us! I felt pampered! Thumbs up to Allen Toyota!!! More
