The way service ought to be! Checked in promptly. No waiting. Everyone was cordial and professional. Couldn't ask for more. The oil change was completed in a reasonable amount o Checked in promptly. Coffee station was clean and plenty of fresh coffee available. There was also popcorn and bottled water. The computers were well-maintained. My experience was a pleasant one and would recommend Allen Toyota to anyone. I drive a Lexus and do not want to drive all the way to Metairie for my oil change. Allen Toyota treats me just as well as the Lexus dealership and that is saying a lot. More

WILL NOT OFFER YOU THE BEST DEAL AND WILL NOT SATISFY I RECENTLY PURCHASED A USED TRUCK WITH NO INCENTIVES/WARRANTY. MY SALESMAN RUSTY WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING A TRUCK. I RESEARCHED BEFORE ARRIVIN I RECENTLY PURCHASED A USED TRUCK WITH NO INCENTIVES/WARRANTY. MY SALESMAN RUSTY WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING A TRUCK. I RESEARCHED BEFORE ARRIVING WHAT I WANTED. ONCE THE PRICE NUMBER WAS PRESENTED HE OFFERED ME A USED TRUCK BUT I HAD NOT TIME TO RESEARCH THE NEW TRUCK WITH INCENTIVES. BUT INSTEAD I ASKED HIM FOR THE BEST DEAL AND THE RESULTS IS A USED 2016 WITH 25000 WITH NO WARRANTY. I CALLED BACK ONCE I RESEARCHED INVENTORY AGAIN ONLY TO FINE OUT HE COULD HAVE PUT ME IN A 2017 WITH 8 MILES/WARRANTY. I CALLED MANAGER TO ASK FOR THE A BETTER DEAL AND HE WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS DEALER TO NO ONE DUE TO NOT MEETING THE CUSTOMER BEST INTEREST!! ONLY TRYING TO SELL A VEHICLE!!!! More

He even delivered my 2014 toyota venza to my house. He drove 2 1/2 hours to my house, this show his commitment to the customers. It was very smooth,nice, and didnt take a long time to find Allen Toyota is a nice place to go to get a car. I and my grandmother came here and found a car right away. this is my first car. I have been looking Allen Toyota is a nice place to go to get a car. I and my grandmother came here and found a car right away. this is my first car. I have been looking for a car for 3ish mounds and I was very please to come here and find one very easy. the even give you FREE popcorn and water. the people are very nice. I have been her a few times. My bumper and dash board was messed up but already replaced my bumper. My brakes were making noise and I brought it in and they are replacing it for FREE. James sold me on the car even thought it had a few bumps. he got them fixed right away. if I ever get another car I will come here. in only 17 but the is a good place to go to get used cars for teens , with a low budget. Ask for james he is the guy to go too. More
