When I had a question if she didn't know, she got the service manager and he answered. I had to wait for the courtesy van to bring me home. So looking at newer models I met Richard he answered my questions on newer models. I'm not thrilled with an added expense. But the people I interacted with from beginning to end , Hanna the new rental manager picking me up. Kim going over my bill answering questions. They let you know they appreciate your business.
