Worth going out of your way I live in Georgia but purchased my 2016 Toyota Camry from Allen Toyota in Gulfport, Mississippi during a vacation in the Gulfport/Biloxi area in 2017. Since that time I have chosen to get my car serviced at Allen Toyota because I trust them to provide quality, dependable service. The staff there are open, friendly and gracious taking the time to explain what is needed going into detail to answer my questions. The facility is clean, comfortable and easy to get to. When the time comes to replace my current Toyota, I plan to trade with Allen Toyota again. My most recent visit occurred on 6/18/18 for routine service. Mike McCormick was very helpful and accommodating. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. More

25,000 mile check up I have given a 5 star review because the assistance I received was excellent upon arriving and until my departure. I purchased the last two Highlander I have given a 5 star review because the assistance I received was excellent upon arriving and until my departure. I purchased the last two Highlanders from Allen Toyota and use them for service. Their staff is pleasant, proficient and professional. Staff member, Mike McCormick, explained the Care Plus program for check ups at 30,000 miles and thru 45,000 miles. I purchased the plan as I did with my previous Highlander and I am confident that it will perform as represented. I appreciate that Mr. McCormick makes sure that my auto needs are met and that I am "back on the road" in the most efficient amount of time. I do not hesitate to recommend Allen Toyota. More
