I purchased the last two Highlanders from Allen Toyota and use them for service. Their staff is pleasant, proficient and professional. Staff member, Mike McCormick, explained the Care Plus program for check ups at 30,000 miles and thru 45,000 miles. I purchased the plan as I did with my previous Highlander and I am confident that it will perform as represented. I appreciate that Mr. McCormick makes sure that my auto needs are met and that I am "back on the road" in the most efficient amount of time. I do not hesitate to recommend Allen Toyota. More
