Awesome Service Department! I brought my 4 month old car in for scheduled maintenance. Mike McCormick checked us in, and couldn't have been more helpful. He knew that my elderly mother might have a difficult time waiting for a long period of time, and told me that they would work hard to have it ready ASAP. They had my car serviced, washed and ready to go in about 30 minutes. They also had my next appointment time set, with a reminder card already in my vehicle. I can't say enough GOOD about the entire team! Thank you so very much for a wonderful first service experience at Allen! More
