Wasn’t happy with service department Said a bushing on top of the strut went out on front passenger side due to a 3” lift kit I had professionally installed 2.5 years ago. They said the c Said a bushing on top of the strut went out on front passenger side due to a 3” lift kit I had professionally installed 2.5 years ago. They said the center nut was over tightened and caused it to push the rubber bushing out. However I could turn the nut by hand both directions prior to taking the truck to them. The rubber bushing was just dry rotten. The truck only had 25,000 miles on it and is 2 years 11 months old. 1 month before warranty is up. But do to a 3” lift being installed after I bought the truck it voided the warranty. Tried calling several times to speak with Andy in service Dept and he wouldn’t return my call. Charged me 350.00. 10.00 for part and 340.00 for labor and front end alignment. More

Customer experience I came in today for a service on my vehicle they told me it may be up to an hour and a half maybe an hour and 45 minutes I had all change and tire rot I came in today for a service on my vehicle they told me it may be up to an hour and a half maybe an hour and 45 minutes I had all change and tire rotation within an hour my car was ready and I was out the door.
