This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made! I sent a message on the vehicle I was interested in and Mike followed up with me almost immediately. I sent the dealership a form via email on my tra I sent a message on the vehicle I was interested in and Mike followed up with me almost immediately. I sent the dealership a form via email on my trade so everything would be ready if I liked the new car since I was coming from out of town. Went to test drive it and was there for only an hour and a half! And most of that time was test driving the vehicle! The only downside was I couldnt take the vehicle home with me that day due to there being a recall on a decal sticker that the dealership was waiting on, which Mike did let me know up front. Due to this inconvenience, Mike agreed to arrange for a driver to drop it off at my house when it was ready (although I think they still would have been able to drop it off if for some reason I wasnt able to take it that day). I did all of the financing via phone from the comfort of my own home. I had to wait a couple of weeks, but their driver Gary came to drop it off and we finished the paperwork at my house. He was super nice and professional! The dealership also said they would treat me as if I lived in Springfield and come pick up my vehicle for maintenance in the future. This experience was such a breeze and I cant get over it. Thanks again! More
