He answer all of my questions (some multiple times) and provided as much information as I required to make me fill at ease with the transaction. I suddenly had difficulty steering my Chrysler Aspen. Right then, I drove it directly to the Isringhausen service department. I did not have an appointment. They welcomed me and took my car into the service area. Within an hour, they called and told me that the water pump was leaking and needed replacement. On this Friday afternoon, they did not have one in stock and told me they would be able to have it fixed on Monday. That was certainly fine with me! AT 4:40 p.m., they called back and told me it was fixed and I could pick up my car! They called around and found a water pump locally and completed the replacement. This is typical of the service I have had at Isringhausen. Carl Mott, the Service Manager, is always courteous and very accommodating. The workmanship is excellent as well. The brand was not a BMW, though it is the only brand listed on this site to choose from. I have never purchased a vehicle at a dealership that provided care, compassion, attention and above all - hones listed on this site to choose from. I felt comfortable contacting my sales person, Jeff Edmiston before/during/after the sale and know that I was going to be taken care of. I purchased an auto with many details and buttons that were hard to understand the importance of; however, after driving I quickly realized that I have lived without in past vehicles. During the delivery process, questions that I had asked Jeff were answered, researched and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. I have had the opportunity to work with the service side of Isringhausen on one occasion with a prior vehicle and have had a great experience knowing that any issue/addition was going to be handled with customer service that was far superior and comforting. I will gladly pay a little more (espicially when purchasing a higher end vehicle) to get the peace of mind in knowing that customer satisfaction is there #1 goal. Negotiations with our trade in were fair...I thought dealing with Luke Isringhausen was an equally pleasant experience. I really appreciated the prenegotiations over the phone prior to arrival, saved us a bit of time given that we live 2 hours away. Upon arriving at the Porsche dealership, found the showroom to be extremely clean with a low pressure sales atmosphere. The GL320 was already parked outside, impeccably clean, ready for a test drive. Kent was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and at delivery spent a generous amount of time going over all of the vehicle's features. Very impressed with the fact that Kent was able to contact the previous owner and locate the missing cargo cover after delivery, and have it promptly delivered to our residence. As a professed car addict and owner of many high end automobiles, I would highly recommended buying from Kent and the gang at Isringhausen imports without hesitation! More
