Trying to buy a car I've been interested in buying a 2017 Toyota 4runner since I'm a Toyota fanatic and I really enjoy Toyota products. I have called this dealership mul I've been interested in buying a 2017 Toyota 4runner since I'm a Toyota fanatic and I really enjoy Toyota products. I have called this dealership multiple times a day for the past 4 day since I live in Richmond, Virginia, and I found the listing online. I was negotiating with them and agreeing on a deal before I make the long trip up there. I called them back the next day and it's the same story and I get no help. I have talked to associates and the sales manager and all they say is, "I'll get back to you," which never happened. I was eager and excited to make a deal with them, but they clearly are not interested. I was disappointed with the result of my experience and the time I wasted dealing with such an unprofessional dealership. More

Best used car purchase experience I found a used car at this dealership online and made the trip to Staten Island. Anthony showed me the car and when I decided to buy the car, he gave I found a used car at this dealership online and made the trip to Staten Island. Anthony showed me the car and when I decided to buy the car, he gave me a very good offer. Then he gave me a list of things I need to be able to get a loan and drive the car. Everything was very clear and very professional. There were no surprises or pressure from the dealership for me to buy any extras unlike other dealers do. So overall it was a very pleasant and good experience. I will definitely go to them again when I am in the market for another car. More
