Best Service rep ever! Mr. Perez has always been warm and welcoming when i come in to service my car, at other dealerships i have had very cold experiences. Today Mr.Perez went through my history this past year (i am a proud subaru forester owner for 1 year now) and explained what services I would need for this particular visit. He also resolved some concerns I had with my previous service and helped me resolve them. Mr. Perez always also follows up with me while I am waiting and when I requested a courtesy ride he promptly made sure I was accommodated. When I was ready to be picked up to pick up my car he made sure that i was kept up to date as to how long it sould be before my ride would arrive. I can honestly say that my experiances at the service center with Mr. Perez has always been wonderful. His enthusiasum, patience, and welcoming smile actually make a trip to the mechanic a good one.
