It took us about 4 hours to get a car, but the people at the dealership seemed nice and the process went smooth. The sales rep, Alexis, was excellent. He answered every one of my questions. If he did not know the answer, he got up and found the answer. Now, even after buying my Subaru, he still answ He answered every one of my questions. If he did not know the answer, he got up and found the answer. Now, even after buying my Subaru, he still answers my questions in chat. I could not pay cash for my car as it was a Saturday. This dealership did not want to hold the car for me. I should have walked out, but I thought, ok I’ll get the loan at 3.99% and pay it off immediately. When I spoke to Oscar, in financing, he presented me with a loan at 4.99%. He glossed over it and so I thought I heard wrong. But I was right. So I paid it off in about a week and the difference was about $70;later the Subaru financing sent me a check for $40. Not bad. So my lesson here is watch out for the financing department and get what you want. So, Alexis, great!!! Financing, be careful. More

Subaru is great. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Any issues are taken care of and if you have a long time to wait for your car, they will take you home an Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
