He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me considering i changed my mind a few times. He got me the cx-9 i wanted at the price i wanted. The whole process was quicker than any other lease i've gotten in the past. Leasing companies are good but I'm old school and like shaking a real persons hand when making a deal like this. Plus Phil was always available to answer all my questions and helped me out with the little things that a leasing company will not do like setting up and personalizing all the tech features the car has.
