What a great experience! Our 2016 Mazda6GT lease was coming to an end with a NJ dealership. We returned to that dealership to shop, torn between perhaps downsizing to the 3 or Our 2016 Mazda6GT lease was coming to an end with a NJ dealership. We returned to that dealership to shop, torn between perhaps downsizing to the 3 or staying with the 6. We found their prices high, very high and just didn’t feel we were in the right place. We shopped around, looked at other vehicle makes and returned to the car we love, Mazda. We met Fred Bosco and he showed us the Mazda3 talked about it’s features, etc. But, we realized once in the driver’s seat that we’re just not ready to give up the size and luxury of the GT. Fred then asked what we were looking for in the car, etc. He listened-no way did he push. Then, suggested we take a look at the Signature and oh what a home run. The design, turbo engine, incredible interior and we knew-this was IT. We had one more car to look at down the road but we never left. We talked, negotiated and again Fred was not a pushy sales rep but one that listened and understood what “we” wanted. For the 1st time ever we left a dealership with a new car that day! They took our pristine 2016 Mazda and within a few hours we were home in a luxury Mazda6 Signature and its amazing. We’ve not purchased/leased a vehicle on Staten Island in over six years. Just takes one bad experience to have sent us to NJ. So glad we returned home to Island. If you’re looking at a Mazd we would highly recommend a visit to Island Mazda, be sure to ask for Fred Bosco.
