"No pressure car leasing/purchasing experience" My intitial visit to Island Mazda was because the lease on my 2012 Mazda 3 was maturing and I had to decide if I was going to lease a new 2016 Mazda 3 My intitial visit to Island Mazda was because the lease on my 2012 Mazda 3 was maturing and I had to decide if I was going to lease a new 2016 Mazda 3 or consider leasing a 2016 Mazda 6. When I arrived at Mazda I was immediately greeted by the sales person I had worked with when I had leased my 2012 Mazda 3 (Christina Buhagiar). I instantly felt at ease because my previous experience with Christina as my sales person was outstanding. Christina is a sales person who is highly skilled and professional. She takes the time to listen to the customer. She has a no pressure, customer oriented approach. For example, when I had decided to lease a 2016 Mazda 6, I had asked if I could close the deal the following week. There was only one white Mazda 6 in stock and it was agreed that it would be held . However, during the following week, I began to re-consider if I really wanted to lease a Mazda 6 because I saw the new 2016 Mazda 3-CX. I contacted Mazda and spoke to Christina regarding my re-consideration. She listened and addressed my questions and concerns and did not make any negative comments or judgements regarding my re-consideration. Once, the lease deal was agreed upon, I then met with Alin Oberding. Like Christina, Alin is a highly skilled professional who also has a no pressure customer oriented aprroach when discussing finance options and programs. Overall Chirstina, Alin and the whole Mazda team make the car leasing/purchasing experience very positive because the team is made up of people who provide a professional and friendly environment and put the customer's satsifaction and happiness at the top of their list. I consider my self a experience car buyer and been in many dealerships both in Staten Island and in New Jersey. Walking in to island Mazda made me feel relaxed and at ease.Most other dealers the sales staff would attack the consumer but you will not experience such treatment here. In saying this I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to experience a no pressure car purchase. No need go off the island anymore. More
