I thought that we would just go over some numbers and get a few ideas, but instead we were so happy and pleased with everything, that I drove out of there with my new 2016 Mazda CX-5 and could not have been happier! I strongly suggest these two salesmen and this dealership if you are looking to buy or lease. There may be plenty of places to look, but from my own experience of the tedious process, I wish ISLAND MAZDA was the first place that we went to. We will definitely be returning after my lease is up. In fact, my husband can not wait for his to be up, so he can have one as cool as mine!! Toyota Corolla 2014 Purchased a used 2014 Toyota Corolla from island Mazda. Got it at a fair price for a vehicle in excellent condition with only 12350 miles on it. Took a few days to straighten out a title issue but it was worth the wait with the dealer ship giving three future oil changes. Sales person, Michael Daniel was informative and kept in touch while waiting for the vehicle title issues were worked out and made sure the vehicle was prepped. The finance manager also was helpful in getting a great rate for the loan. All in all a surprisingly pleasant purchasing experience. Previously purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe limited from this dealership which was then under manfredi. More

Nothing we had done prepared us for what happened....absolutely nothing! We were warmly greeted by everyone in the showroom and approached by Christina Buhagiar. Ms. Buhagiar was friendly and professional throughout our entire time together. I could rave on and on about my experience, however space limitations prevent that. I will simply say that we drove to Island Mazda in a 2007 Mazda 3 and drove home in a brand new Mazda CX-3 Touring. I have never had such a positive car-buying experience. If you are looking for a Mazda, please go to Island Mazda on Staten Island to make your purchase. Especially with the credit score challenge they had to work with. They gave great advise and made the experience feel "like family." I would recommend and I will definitely go back to them for trade in once my credit score is higher. Again, I don't exaggerate when I said they treat you like family. They went ou they way to drive us back home knowing we use public transportation, that was really cool. At the final deal closing the entire staff was always pleasant and everything was explained in details and we got good advise on achieving better credit score. Kimberly the sweetest nicest person I have ever met, very down to earth. It's nice to know that there are still good car dealers close to home. More

Good Experience I was dreading this whole experience, as I do every 3 years. I was pleasantly surprised at Island Mazda.
