I will never go back or refer anyone to Island Auto Gruop. Unfortunately few years back I had an issue lease return that was in excellent condition, the reason why I mentioned the condition cause a y Gruop. I was shocked i called Hyundai and they didnt know what it was for and a d different department within Hyundai sent a claim in. So after Hrs onbthe phone and call backs they figured it out the the dealership "Island Auto Group" sent my lease return to auction and didnt buy it out like they were supposed to do, and it didnt meet the buout price and somehow, I was responsible for the difference. I tried several times to get answers from Chris who was one of the mangers at the time and was blown off without a reason why. I was surprised being I was sent to him from a mutual friend of ours and didn't even have deal with a salesman I dealt directly with him. With that said buyer beware. Never buy from this dealership with old school practices. Not all NY dealerships suck but SI Island Group does. If you need to stay and buy a car in NY, their companies with better practices Save yourself time, money, and headaches. Go buy your car in NJ or outside SI. More

I brought my Santa Fe Sport 2018 for service on 8/01/2022 at 11:38am. I was waiting at home until about 4pm. I gave them a call ( the service), they asked me for the name, last name and model of the car, th at 11:38am. I was waiting at home until about 4pm. At 5:30 the same day I came to the dealer personally, but there was no one there. What kind of attitude to customers. They didn’t call, they didn’t call back after I called them , they didn’t notify that the car had to be left for the night at the dealer, they didn’t provide a replacement car. I have to go to work in the morning. but no one cares, they worked their hours and went home! More

I never recommend island Hyundai I got brand new car except the tire. Gave me a tire have damage I got my car less than 24 have air leaks. I was told it’s my problem now.. They advertise on Cars.com that the price of the car is $2,000 less than MSRP. When you go to their web site, the car actually has a $5,000 Retail Market adjustment. Which brings the car to over $3,000 m $2,000 less than MSRP. When you go to their web site, the car actually has a $5,000 Retail Market adjustment. Which brings the car to over $3,000 more than the MSRP. I will just search for another dealer. This was for a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was contacted via e-mail and when I said I was not paying more than MSRP, I did not receive any more e-mails. This is the new world of car buying. I hope supply catches up with demand soon!! More
