We had been in touch with Mike for about a week Bought a 2018 Elantra from Island Hyundai 2 days ago, and it couldn't have been a better experience. We had been in touch with Mike for about a week over the phone talking about competing prices and some out of state tax issues. We went into the dealership on Saturday and found Mike to be a delight to work with; he gave us a great deal and went out of his way to confirm that I did not owe certain taxes. PA - my home state - has different tax rules than NY regarding incentives and rebates that other NY dealers *insisted* that I would have to pay. He was a joy to work with, and even headed out to Tim Horton's to bring me a coffee while I waited for my car to be brought over from the remote lot. :) It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I highly, highly recommend them. When I'm ready for my 3rd Hyundai, I'll be back, for sure. More
