Our salesman and dealer manager appreciated our frustration and were very accommodating and gave us what we thought was a very fair deal on another trim package. Their help and accommodation turned what was initially a frustrating visit into a pleasant experience. We were happy with treatment we received. We purchased a remote starter which was to be installed by the dealer. The tech who installed the device came to our house so we did not have to bring the car back in for this work - that was very helpful.. More
